Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is hiring for frontline hospitality roles in our dining outlets. You’ll set up and reset tables, assist the wait staff, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area while delivering outstanding guest service.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of 17.13 USD with discretionary performance bonuses, plus fully paid medical, vision, dental, and related benefits for you and dependents. Restaurant meals and parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• Experience in upscale hospitality or fine dining is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness and friendliness.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware before guests arrive.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave for the next guests.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycle as required.
• Refill napkins, straws, condiments, and beverage supplies as needed.
• Replenish ice and beverage stations and assist the wait staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary dining area at all times.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and respond to guest inquiries.

• Empty and clean trash receptacles, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling practices.
• Refill supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments as needed.

• Assist the wait staff as needed.
• Always keep the floor area and seats clean and presentable and in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding to their needs and inquiries.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• Experience in upscale hospitality or fine dining restaurant highly preferred!
• Role training provided for candidates who demonstrate a passion for guest service; motivation to learn; and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills, including attentiveness, friendliness, and the ability to handle guests.
• Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
