Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort is hiring for a guest-focused role in a premier dining environment on site in Washington. You will uphold service standards, assist wait staff, and ensure tables are prepared and reset promptly for guests.

Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, a welcoming demeanor, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Training is provided, and solutions-oriented teamwork is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, including attentiveness, friendliness, and the ability to handle guests.
• Experience in upscale hospitality or fine dining restaurant highly preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.

What You’ll Do

• Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
• Set up tables with clean tablecloths, napkins, utensils, and glassware before guests arrive.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring they are reset for the next guest.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling practices.
• Refill supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments as needed.
• Replenish ice and beverage stations.
• Assist the wait staff as needed.
• Always keep the floor area and seats clean and presentable and in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding to their needs and inquiries.
• Anticipate and proactively address guest requirements to enhance their dining experience.
• Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment.
• Smile and engage guests and team members with a positive professional demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow all the unique standards and steps of service to your particular outlet.

What You’ll Bring
