Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out per hotel standards.
• Inform guests about facilities, policies, and local information.
• Handle phone system and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Take, modify, and cancel reservations; address inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
• Perform cashier duties and post charges to guest accounts.
• Assist with hotel security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Front Office area.
