You’ll work as part of a team to deliver memorable guest experiences, handle cash and payments accurately, and follow hotel procedures for cancellations and special requests. This in-office role requires good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel.
• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
• Post charges accurately and know where to post all charges.
• Manage cash handling, including receiving cash, checks and credit card information for payments and making change correctly.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and how to handle each.
• Take same-day reservations and follow cancel/relocation procedures when necessary.
