The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable stay. You will greet guests, check them in and out, manage reservations, and provide local information with a focus on service excellence.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and multitasking abilities, experience in hospitality, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
