The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first friendly face guests meet and to ensure a smooth check-in and stay.

You will greet guests, manage reservations, answer inquiries, and coordinate with hotel teams to deliver a memorable experience. A high school diploma and customer service orientation are preferred, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work mid to late evenings, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out guests efficiently.
• Manage reservations and maintain records.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as appropriate.
