Job summary

The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a proactive leader who can train staff, resolve guest concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike. PM shifts, strong communication, and proficiency with front desk software are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years hotel/resort experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with front desk software and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work PM shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front desk activities to ensure seamless service and operations.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to front office staff to uphold high standards of guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and requests.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and minimize wait times.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing reports related to front office activities.
