Job summary

The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick in Natick, MA is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and support the front office team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will supervise and train staff, handle guest inquiries, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve requests promptly, maintaining accurate records and a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of (1) year of supervisory role experience preferred.
• Minimum of (2) years hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a professional demeanor.
• Proficient with front desk software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work PM shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front desk activities to ensure seamless service and operations.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to front office staff to uphold high standards of guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and requests.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and minimize wait times.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing reports related to front office activities.
