Job summary

The Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott in the Brier Creek/RDU area of Raleigh is hiring a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor. The role requires shift flexibility (6am-2pm or 4pm-11pm) and availability on weekdays and weekends.

You will oversee restaurant, production, and bar service to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Primary duties include budgeting, staff supervision, and maintaining health and safety standards while coordinating with other departments to deliver high-quality

Responsibilities

• Oversees the food & beverage department of the hotel including restaurant food service and production and bar service.
• Establishes a positive work environment and an attitude of guest service and quality; enforces policies and procedures.
• Supervises F&B staff, recruits, trains, schedules, and motivates the team.
• Maintains F&B product and service quality; ensures proper setup and cleanliness of outlets.
• Manages budgets, inventory, and communicates with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
