Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in Raleigh, NC to lead bus staff, bartenders, and service teams with a hands-on approach. The starting rate is $17-20 per hour, reflecting full-time employment and opportunities to manage liquor inventories while ensuring quality service.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in full-service restaurants, knowledge of beverage cost control, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a full-service restaurant.
• Knowledge of beverage cost and service sequence.
• Experience with Micros POS is a plus.
• Hands-on attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and support to Bar and Lounge servers, bartenders, bussers, steward and hostesses.
• Assist the manager to order liquor and maintain inventories in compliance with NC ABC laws.
• Provide associates with tools and equipment they need to do their jobs.
• Take immediate action on problems in kitchen or restaurant.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and inventory activities.
• Ensure high-quality, properly prepared food is served and efficiently expounded to outlets.
• Support across food service areas as needed.

Restaurant Supervisor

Starting Rate: $17-20hr

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor to add to our exception team of passionate and committed associates!

The ideal candidate must have experience in a supervisory type position within full service restaurants with knowledge of beverage cost and sequence of service. Micros experience a plus. Should possess hands on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions

• Provide leadership and support to Bar and Lounge servers, bartenders, bussers, steward and hostesses
• Assist the manager to order all liquor for the hotel to maintain required inventories and to comply with all NC ABC laws, rules and regulations. Maintain liquor cost and implement inventory controls to keep cost within budget.
• Provides associates with the tools and equipment they need to do their jobs.
• Takes immediate action on problems that are encountered in the kitchen or restaurant.
• Participates in weekly staff meetings, weekly food and beverage meetings, monthly kitchen inventory.
• Ensures all food served is of high quality, properly prepared according to recipe and is expedited to all outlets in a smooth and efficient manner.
• Passionate to help in all areas of food service and as needed in other areas of the hotel operation.
