Job summary

Hilton Waikiki Beach is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making in a large full-service hotel.

The role focuses on Accounts Receivable and Income Audit, with additional coverage across Accounting positions, requiring attention to detail, GAAP knowledge, and strong leadership to guide a diverse hospitality finance team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree or higher in finance, accounting, business or economics, preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of previous accounting and finance experience in a full-service hotel finance environment required
• 3+ years hospitality accounting experience at 1000+ room hotel, preferred
• 2+ years Management experience at 1000+ room hotel, preferably in accounts receivable
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, particularly Excel)
• Hotel Computer Systems or Hotel Accounting experience such as OnQ and Birchstreet, preferred
• Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
