Hyatt is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the accounting and financial planning for a Scottsdale hotel. The role reports to the General Manager and sits on the Hotel Leadership Committee, partnering with senior leadership to drive performance and governance.

The Director of Finance will oversee budget, month-end close, audits, and stakeholder reporting, while mentoring the finance team and ensuring robust internal controls and accurate financial statements.

Competenze

• 6 years or more of progressive hotel accounting experience.
• With opening hotels, previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred.
• Hospitality or Accounting degree preferred.
• Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Mansioni

• Manage the hotel's accounting functions and lead financial reporting.
• Participate in hotel leadership as a member of the Hotel Leadership Committee.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis for the hotel, including budgeting and cash management.
• Coordinate owner reporting and respond to requests with custom reports.
• Provide analytical insights to maximize core business results and long-term stakeholder value.
• Coach and develop finance team; ensure SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Oversee IT and back-office systems knowledge relevant to hotel operations.
• Support forecasting and collaboration with Revenue Management to ensure attainable forecasts.
