Job summary

Hilton Phoenix at The Peak Resort in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Director of Finance to lead the hotel's financial strategy and reporting. The role reports to the executive team and supports profitability, controls, and compliance for a luxury, full-service resort with multiple dining venues and event spaces.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hotel accounting/finance experience, strong leadership, and a track record of driving financial performance in a high-volume hospitality operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of hotel accounting/finance experience.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams and manage budgets.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief Business Officer to GM and EC Team to drive financial decisions.
• Notify management of deviations from policies and control weaknesses.
• Manage cash flow and prepare cash-flow statements and deposits.
• Monitor revenues/expenses and variance analysis with improvement actions.
• Coordinate forecasts and budgets with EC Team and department managers.
• Ensure compliance with licenses, leases, contracts, and taxes.
