Hyatt Scottsdale is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the hotel's accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting, reporting to the General Manager and aligning with Corporate leadership. The role emphasizes financial stewardship, risk management, and strategic partnership with operations.

The Director will oversee month-end closes, audits, owner reporting, and forecasting, while coaching teams and driving inclusion and equity.

Competenze

• 6 years or more of progressive hotel accounting experience.
• Hospitality or Accounting degree preferred.
• Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Mansioni

• Manage and lead hotel on-site accounting functions to ensure proper fiscal management, timely and accurate reporting and analysis for the hotel.
• Prepare and review all monthly and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate external auditor's visits, respond to auditor requests, and reconcile audit results.
