HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks an Associate Director of Finance for the Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD. This on-site leadership role supports the Director of Finance in directing the hotel's financial activities and ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting in alignment with HEI standards.

You will oversee accounts receivable and cash flow, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and supervise accounting staff including Night Audit scheduling.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting required.
• Minimum 1 year in hotel/hospitality finance.
• Knowledge of hotel financial statements and A/L reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented and managerial skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist Director of Finance in directing hotel financial activities.
• Prepare financial reports in line with GAAP and HEI standards.
• Manage accounts receivable, cash flow, and reconciliations.
• Schedule and supervise accounting staff, including Night Audit.
• Ensure compliance with tax returns and SOP.
