Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks an experienced Director of Finance at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead the hotel’s financial strategy, oversee reporting, internal controls and regulatory compliance while guiding a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related progressive experience in hotel Accounting and/or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Chief Business Officer to the general manager and EC Team; evaluate financial impact of decisions.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and internal controls; monitor and reconcile balance sheets.
• Coordinate forecasts and budgets with EC Team and department managers.
• Lead and develop finance staff; recruit and retain talent for managerial roles.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory licenses, contracts, leases, taxes; ensure audit readiness.
