Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Director of Finance for Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead all finance functions, drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

You’ll partner with the General Manager and EC to ensure strong internal controls, cash management, and accurate reporting while mentoring finance staff in Pyramid’s People First culture and career development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the hotel.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance.
• Oversee cash flow, accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare and direct financial reports.
• Mentor and develop finance staff.
