Qualifikationen

• 3+ years progressive experience in hotel accounting or equivalent; or a 4-year degree with accounting/finance and 2+ years progressive experience; or a 2-year degree with 4+ years experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage cash flow statements, receivables, payables, cash balances and deposits.
• Monitor revenues/expenses and analyze variances against budget or prior year.
• Assist with capital planning, ROI calculations, and bid evaluations for capital projects.
• Ensure regulatory licenses, permits, leases, contracts, and taxes are compliant.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasting, and annual budgets.
