Job summary

Sheraton is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests, communicate with guests to resolve issues, and perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment. You will inspect tools and building systems, identify shut-offs, operate valves, and maintain inventory.

Applies to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more; basic repairs including painting and drywall touchups. We value safety, teamwork, and reliable service; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and hotel equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and coordinate with shifts.
