Job summary

Hilton Anchorage is looking for a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to uphold the property's facilities, equipment, and safety. You will perform inspections, diagnose issues, and complete repairs to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff.

You will maintain records, coordinate with departments, and stay compliant with safety standards while handling HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and minor carpentry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Experience in a hospitality setting preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Relevant certifications (HVAC, electrician, plumbing licenses) are a plus.
