Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold high standards of property maintenance and guest satisfaction. The role ensures that all equipment operates correctly, rooms are in good repair, and tasks are completed per Green Shield Binder procedures.

The technician will perform routine cleaning, handle repairs from work orders, and participate in preventative maintenance while maintaining thorough records and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and company guidelines and standards.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Use units of measurement for weight, volume and distance.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Assist with resolving guest issues in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Works with minimal supervision while performing all essential duties to satisfaction and within company standards.
• Responds to and assists with all guest requests with diligent follow-through in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Performs the out of room cleaning to ensure premises are pristine, including trash removal and overall cleanliness.
• Performs repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs per binder instructions.
• Maintains records such as PM deficiencies, room inspections, and safety inspections.
• Follows workload workflow and SOPs to complete tasks per standards.
• Maintains organized work areas and tool inventories daily.
• Ensures safety equipment is operational and inspected.
