Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that all property equipment is functioning and guest rooms are in pristine condition. The role supports management directives and Green Shield Binder tasks to uphold ESA standards.

The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, adherence to safety policies, and timely troubleshooting of maintenance issues across hotel facilities. Regular upkeep includes mechanical rooms, boiler rooms and common areas.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and speaks English proficiently.
• Follows safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, manuals and standards.
• Writes routine reports and correspondence.
• Performs basic arithmetic and measurements.
• Applies good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Ensures property equipment and guest rooms are maintained in good condition.
• Completes tasks per Green Shield Binder and management directions.
• Responds to guest requests with diligent follow-through.
• Performs out-of-room cleaning and upkeep of premises.
• Performs repairs from work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and logs results.
• Maintains clean, organized maintenance areas and tool inventory.
• Ensures fire safety equipment inspections are current and compliant.
• Assists with emergencies at the property or sister sites.
