Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment functions properly and guest rooms are well maintained. This role supports a clean, safe, and welcoming environment and follows company standards across the property.

The technician handles routine maintenance, responds to guest requests, and participates in preventive maintenance and safety inspections to uphold service quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently; interact with guests and vendors.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Use units of measurement for weight, volume and distance.
• Assist with resolving guest issues per company policies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest and associate experience.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning and maintain pristine premises.
• Repair items listed on work orders and follow the Green Shield Binder process.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined.
• Follow Green Shield Schedule and SOPs to complete tasks on time.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and safeguard tools.
