Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment is functioning and guest rooms are in good repair. You will follow the Green Shield Binder, perform repairs from work orders, and conduct preventative maintenance to keep premises pristine and safe.

The role requires reading and following safety procedures, maintaining records, and assisting with emergencies while providing excellent service to guests and associates.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and company guidelines and standards.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Assists with cleaning any areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager when needed to include but not limited to front desk, associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells and common areas.
• Responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.
