Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment functions properly and guest rooms remain in good repair. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to guest requests, and maintain clean, organized facilities while following ESA policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires working with minimal supervision, coordinating with management, and maintaining thorough records as per the Green Shield Binder.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training may be acceptable
• Ability to read, speak English proficiently, and follow safety rules

Responsibilities

• Provide uncompromising guest experience and maintain pristine premises
• Perform repairs and maintenance per work orders in a timely, professional manner
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections as outlined in policy binders
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas and secure tools inventory daily
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with management and vendors as needed
• Ensure safety equipment is operational, including life safety inspections
