Qualifications

• Read, speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and vendors.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, and standards.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic in various units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment functions and guest rooms are in good repair.
• Complete tasks per Green Shield Binder and management directions.
• Perform maintenance and repairs listed on work orders.
• Maintain records as outlined in the Green Shield Binder (PM logs, safety inspections).
