Job summary

The role requires reading manuals and blueprints, basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to work weekends. Travel between facilities may be required to support the property network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between hotels.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs promptly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Collaborate with management to schedule tasks with minimal disruption.
• Adhere to safety regulations and use proper PPE.
