Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks an experienced maintenance technician to repair and maintain our resort facilities at Hotel Theodore in Seattle. You will support the Maintenance Dept. with HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and routine upkeep of guest rooms and public areas.

The role emphasizes safety, proper use of lockout/tagout procedures, and timely response to guest needs and requests. A high school diploma and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and English fluency required.
• 3–5 years in general building trades with commercial maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver's license; trade license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor painting, plumbing, electrical work using hand tools.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for guest rooms and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas; follow safety procedures.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, lighting, cabinets, and plumbing fixtures as needed.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with Front Desk on urgent issues.
