Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for its food and beverage team. Starting Rate: $18-20/hr.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in full-service restaurants, with knowledge of beverage cost and strong communication to lead bar and lounge staff. Essential duties include leading bar and lounge teams, assisting with liquor orders and inventory to stay within budget and NC ABC laws, ensuring high-quality service, and participating in staff and F&B meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory role within full-service restaurants.
• Knowledge of beverage cost and inventory control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Micros is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Bar and Lounge servers, bartenders, bussers, steward and hostesses.
• Assist the manager to order all liquor for the hotel to maintain inventories and to comply with all NC ABC laws, rules and regulations.
• Maintain liquor cost and implement inventory controls to keep cost within budget.
• Provide associates with the tools and equipment they need to do their jobs.
• Take immediate action on problems that are encountered in the kitchen or restaurant.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings, weekly food and beverage meetings, monthly kitchen inventory.
• Ensure all food served is of high quality, properly prepared according to recipe and is expedited to all outlets in a smooth and efficient manner.
• Be passionate to help in all areas of food service and as needed in other areas of the hotel operation.
