Job summary

Concord in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations in a full-service setting. The starting rate is $18–$20 per hour, with opportunities to advance based on performance and training.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in hospitality, be punctual and reliable, and capable of managing staff during weekends and holidays. Micros experience is a plus, and strong communication helps ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role required.
• Be courteous and respectful to guests, clients, and co-workers.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible scheduling required.
• Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.
• Starting rate is $18.00/hr; hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to restaurant staff.
• Assist the manager with inventory and liquor orders.
• Provide associates with tools and equipment.
• Address problems in kitchen or restaurant promptly.
• Participate in weekly staff and food & beverage meetings.
• Ensure high-quality food served and timely service.
• Support other hotel operations as needed.
