Job summary

Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage team with energy and hands-on leadership. Starting rate is $18-$20 per hour, and the role emphasizes strong communication and service excellence.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in full-service restaurants, knowledge of beverage cost and inventory controls, and familiarity with Micros. Be ready to support operations across hotel outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a full-service restaurant.
• Knowledge of beverage cost and inventory controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Bar and Lounge servers, bartenders, bussers, steward and hostesses.
• Assist the manager to order all liquor for the hotel to maintain inventories and to comply with NC ABC laws; manage liquor costs.
• Ensure all food served is high quality and properly prepared; expedite to outlets smoothly.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and inventory
• Lead and participate in kitchen and restaurant operations to maintain service standards.
