Job summary

Azul Hospitality’s Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel is seeking an experienced F&B supervisor to lead hotel outlets, ensuring top service, quality, and brand standards.

You will coach staff, manage inventories, coordinate with vendors, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding safety and nutritional standards. This role requires 3-5 years in F&B, a high school diploma or better, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Food & Beverage operation.
• High school or equivalent education required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
• Must possess excellent leadership capability and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and organize the F&B outlets while working closely with the F&B leadership team.
• Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers for seasonal food options.
• Participate in inventories and submit inventory reports to accounting on time.
• Monitor service and product quality.
• Cooperate in menu planning and preparation.
• Conduct orders of food and beverage supplies.
