Job summary

Azul Hospitality's Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel seeks a night front desk associate to handle guest registrations, checkouts, and related admin tasks. The role requires cash handling, strong guest service, and the ability to balance daily receipts.

You will act as MOD during night shifts, respond to inquiries, manage wake up calls, bookings, and keep nightly reports up to date. Experience in hospitality is preferred, with high school education required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Experience in hospitality front desk or customer service preferred.
• Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, register and check out, and process payments.
• Act as MOD during night hours and balance cash drawer.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate cash/receipts records.
• Assist with guest inquiries, wake-up calls, and reservations.
