Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks a dedicated Housekeeper for Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas. You will change linens, replenish supplies, and ensure rooms meet health and cleanliness standards for every guest.

High school or equivalent education is required; hospitality experience is preferred. Regular attendance, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts are essential, with teamwork and attention to detail helping us deliver

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean all guest rooms as assigned within the required time limit.
• Update daily assignment sheets and submit to Housekeeping Supervisor at shift end.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Replenish room supplies and amenities.
• Move and reposition furniture as needed.
• Vacuum rugs and clean carpets and upholstery.
• Dust and clean all furniture and fixtures.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms and sanitize surfaces.
• Polish woodwork and metal fittings.
• Clean windows and doors; empty wastebaskets.
• Sort, count, fold and distribute linen to linen closets.
• Organize and stock cleaning carts and linen closets.
• Transport trash to disposal area.
• Participate in Deep Cleaning projects per hotel program.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure rooms are not released until addressed.
