Job summary

Clocktower Hotel At Century House LLC in Cohoes, NY is seeking a Hotel F&B Supervisor to deliver friendly, responsive service and create an exceptional dining experience for guests, overseeing both food and beverage operations.

The role requires ServSafe Food Handler certification, any state or local beverage certifications, and the ability to manage inventory, orders, POS transactions, and uphold health and service standards across the venue.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Handler certification required for food service.
• State or local beverage certifications as required by law.
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience.
• Assist in food and beverage inventory, ordering and sanitation standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter into the point-of-sale system.
• Promote menu items and any special promotions to guests.
• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol service per guidelines; intervene as needed.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the food and beverage areas.
