Job summary

Summit Hospitality Group, Ltd. seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead hotel dining operations, including restaurants, catering, and events. The role focuses on elevating guest satisfaction, driving revenue, and managing costs while upholding Summit’s service standards.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to plan staffing, train associates, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• A degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Food & Beverage or equivalent work-related experience is preferred.
• Bistro Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Run F&B outlets (Restaurant, Catering, Events).
• Advocate service excellence and teamwork to meet guest satisfaction benchmarks.
• Assess local market trends and solicit new business to increase revenues in F&B.
• Train and mentor F&B Associates for growth and development.
• Oversee staffing planning with GM/AGM to meet needs.
• Cost control for Food & Beverage.
• Attend daily operational meetings and complete brand required training.
