Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to obtain the NY State Gaming regulation license.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND two years supervisory experience OR four years managerial experience OR two years supervisory within Resorts World.
• Six years related food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a cohesive management team.
• Develop a loyal guest base and ensure return visits.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and supervise staff.
• Manage staffing levels and budgeting to maximize sales and control costs.
