HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant and Room Service Manager at Embassy Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort. Lead the restaurant, room service, and bar operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets.

The role requires 2+ years in related hospitality positions, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years of full-time employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with policies, and financial goals.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on the outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Respond to customer trends and issues to ensure a quality experience and future sales prospects.
