Hotel de la Poste in New Orleans seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to plan and oversee restaurant, room service, and other outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets. Responsibilities

Plan and manage restaurant, room service and other F&B outlets to meet customer satisfaction and financial goals.
Lead and develop associates; hire, train, coach, review performance and administer discipline as needed.
Forecast and monitor budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies) to maximize revenue and control costs.
Respond to guest trends and issues to ensure a quality experience and drive sales.
Create and implement promotions, displays and buffet presentations to attract guests.
Monitor maintenance and sanitation to ensure safety and quality.
