ADP, Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for our San Antonio hotel operations.

This hands-on leadership role oversees restaurant, bar, kitchen and banquet functions, combining back-of-house discipline with front-of-house service to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance. The ideal candidate brings strong kitchen discipline, cost controls, team development and the ability to partner with sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage leadership experience in hotel, restaurant, resort, club, or similar operation.
• Experience leading back-of-house and front-of-house in a combined operation.
• Strong focus on cost control, inventory, and banquet/catering events.
• Ability to train, coach, and schedule kitchen and service staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hands-on oversight of kitchen operations, including opening readiness and line checks.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, portioning, and ticket-time expectations.
• Manage food ordering, receiving, inventory, waste, and food-cost controls.
• Lead restaurant and bar operations with visible floor presence during key service periods.
• Train, coach, schedule, and hold front-of-house staff accountable for performance.
• Oversee food & beverage execution for multiple banquet spaces and events.
