Job summary

St. Anthony Hotel, a luxury property in downtown San Antonio, seeks a Director of Operations to lead F&B and Culinary operations, driving service excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Culinary, leadership teams, and ownership to implement strategic initiatives while overseeing Rooms, Housekeeping and other departments as needed. The role demands a highly visible operator capable of rapid assessment, priority setting, and delivering executable plans

Qualifications

• Significant progressive hotel operations leadership experience with strong F&B responsibility.
• Experience in luxury, full-service or complex hotel environments is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of hotel financial management, labor productivity and budgeting.
• Proven ability to lead through change and develop leaders to strengthen operational knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for Food & B and Culinary operations, ensuring service, quality and profitability.
• Partner with Culinary leadership to align kitchen strategy with hotel operations and guest experience.
• Lead activations and programming for new F&B concepts, with detailed operating plans and staffing.
• Drive labor planning, scheduling, forecasting, and productivity to improve profitability.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction through visible leadership and continuous improvement.
