Job summary

941 Management LLC in Lexington, KY seeks a seasoned Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations for a full-service hotel, including restaurant, bar, banquets, catering, and in-room dining. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive F&B leadership in full-service hotel/restaurant operations.
• 2+ years as Director of Food & Beverage with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple revenue centers.
• Banquets and catering operations experience, including BEO management.
• Sommelier certification or wine credentials strongly preferred; craft cocktail experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Own all F&B operations: restaurant, bar, banquets, catering, and in-room dining.
• Own the P&L, budget, and forecast; manage labor and costs to hit financial targets.
• Lead banquet operations from BEO to execution and pricing with Sales.
• Build and lead the leadership team across outlets and events.
• Set and protect the service standard across all outlets and event types.
• Lead by example; mentor teams and share expertise in F&B and hospitality.
• Own the beverage program; guide wine, cocktails, and beverage strategy.
• Build systems for staffing, scheduling, inventory, BEOs, side work, and shift logs.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu architecture and item performance.
• Drive guest and client experience; represent F&B in strategic planning and reviews.
• Master POS, inventory, and labor systems; ensure proper reporting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety codes and liquor laws.
