Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality in Louisville is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to lead all F&B operations across Lounge, Banquets and Room Service. You will drive guest experiences, manage budgets, and inspire the team to deliver memorable service while hitting revenue goals.

The role is OT eligible and requires strong customer service, leadership, and operational skills. Daily Pay and benefits are available after eligibility in a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree with 3+ years related experience or 4-year degree with 1+ year of related experience
• At least 5 years of progressive hotel experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure
• Certifications may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout service across all Food & Beverage areas with a warm guest and teammate experience
• Budgeting and revenue strategies to meet targets and keep department thriving
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth service
• Communicate clearly with guests, staff and leadership
• Use Windows systems, spreadsheets and word docs to manage operations and reporting
• Lead, coach, and motivate F&B staff while upholding standards
