Job summary

Inn at the Peachtrees An Ascend Hotel Collection Member is seeking a seasoned Leader to oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry department, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces are clean and in excellent condition. You will coach, mentor, and motivate associates while upholding the company's culture for guests and team.

You will act as Manager on Duty when scheduled, collaborate with other departments, and drive cleanliness standards, brand compliance, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of facility experience.
• Minimum two (2) years in hotel experience.
• Minimum one (1) year in a supervisory role.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and support all Housekeeping Associates.
• Monitor and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly Housekeeping activities.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences are delivered consistently and effectively.
• Be a Brand Champion for the hotel.
• Be a Culture Ambassador for the hotel.
• Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when scheduled.
• Hire, train, motivate and coach team members and provide feedback.
