Inn-At-the-Peachtrees-An-Ascend-Hotel-Collection-Membe is seeking a Lead Housekeeping/Laundry Manager to direct the department, coach associates, and ensure rooms, public areas, and exteriors are pristine. The role emphasizes brand standards, cross-department collaboration, and strong communication in English.

You will act as the MOD when scheduled, manage onboarding, and uphold the company's operating procedures while maintaining a positive culture for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in facilities-related roles.
• At least two years of hotel experience.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Housekeeping/Laundry department and coach staff to meet standards.
• Supervise associates, monitor daily/weekly/monthly tasks, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain brand standards, SOPs, and interdepartmental communication.
• Conduct property walks, quality checks, and labor scheduling in line with policies.
• Be the MOD when scheduled and drive a culture of service excellence.
