EMA HIGHLAND PARK LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations at the hotel in Highland Park, IL. You will manage staff, ensure guest room cleanliness, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management education preferred.
• 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience with supervisory duties.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee housekeeping staff and scheduling.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities; coordinate with vendors.
