E.M.A. Hospitality in Highland Park is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations. You will manage staff, ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards, and drive exceptional service across the property.

Formación

• 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in housekeeping operations and cleaning techniques

Responsabilidades

• Staff Management: recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff and assign tasks
• Quality Assurance: inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and brand compliance
• Inventory Management: manage supplies, linens, and amenities; coordinate with vendors
• Budget and Cost Control: assist in budgeting and monitor expenses
• Safety and Compliance: train on safety, sanitation regulations, and chemicals handling
