E.M.A. Hospitality is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations at our Lisle, IL property.

You will manage staff, ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards, and drive guest satisfaction through strong organizational leadership and service excellence. The role requires 3-5 years in housekeeping management with supervisory experience, a focus on safety, inventory control, and cost-conscious operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee housekeeping staff, including room attendants and laundry attendants.
• Develop training programs and ensure staff follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Schedule tasks and ensure adequate staffing and resource use.
• Conduct regular inspections to meet cleanliness and brand standards.
• Address issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements in satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens with vendors.
• Assist in budget development and monitor expenses.
