Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, planning tasks, monitoring progress, and coordinating with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in engineering supervision/management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and QA processes.
• Proficiency with engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of engineering staff to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks to team members based on project requirements and individual strengths.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments, clients, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members to foster professional development.
• Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for engineering projects.
