Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to support the Engineering management, providing hands-on technical and administrative assistance. The role focuses on timely maintenance, guest satisfaction, and efficient issue resolution within a luxury hotel setting.

The candidate should bring 3+ years in upscale hotel engineering, with preferred leadership experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in upscale hotel/resort engineering.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineering management with preventive maintenance and logs.
• Procurement of supplies and issue purchase orders.
• Oversee CARE and PRP programs and inspect rooms after work.
• Manage Synergy application daily for planning and updates.
• Review work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain inventories of heat, light, power, and repair supplies.
• Respond to guest requests.
• Coordinate Engineering staff on shifts.
• Act as Engineering lead in absence of management.
• Understand Omni fire alarm procedures and emergency evacuation.
• Understand Omni's job scenarios and procedures.
